PoliRNA wins first prize at the GeneRNAtion Awards
We are proud to share that PoliRNA has been awarded first prize at the GeneRNAtion Awards 2026, recognizing our work to develop innovative RNA-based approaches for cardiac regeneration.
The award was presented on March 2, 2026, in Milan, during the GeneRNAtion Awards: From Research to Business – PNRR as a driver for development event, an initiative promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo, Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center and the National RNA & Gene Therapy Centre to support promising startups and research projects working in the field of RNA technologies and gene therapy.
The initiative brought together leading players from research, industry, finance and the innovation ecosystem, with the shared goal of accelerating the translation of scientific discoveries into tangible healthcare solutions.
For PoliRNA, this recognition is an important milestone in our journey to advance RNA-based therapeutic technologies and accelerate their path towards clinical translation.
We are grateful to Intesa Sanpaolo, Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center and the National RNA & Gene Therapy Centre for creating an initiative that supports high-impact innovation and brings together the scientific, entrepreneurial and financial communities.
